From the moment I crossed the threshold of the door, I entered a world that fascinated me, completely new to me. They immediately welcomed me, made me sit down and offered me a coffee, then in the middle of work I was offered water and tarallini asking if I wanted something else...(which in that case was ordered)...So, in addition to ATTENTION TO DETAILS and to CUSTOMER CARE, there was commitment and a lot of talent in the work done on my hair. I have tried many hairdressers but I have never been satisfied, on the contrary, only traumatized... sometimes due to the cut being too short, other times due to the lack of nuances therefore the presence of the gap between the natural hair and the processed hair... etc.. today, however, I am HAPPY, happy to have done 100km and to have achieved the results that I had fearfully desired for a long time. Thanks to all the staff because they are all fully available, especially the owner Stefania who personally took care of me from A to Z, her professionalism makes the difference in the result. Martina, a wonderful girl who gave me numerous tips and Manuel for his final magical touch. I will be returning soon and highly recommend. Oh I forgot, the right QUALITY-PRICE ratio. 5 stars are few, they deserve more. THANKS AGAIN.

The owner is really very kind and competent; unfortunately the same cannot be said of the owner, who raises his voice all the time at the staff in front of the customers. Of course, sometimes the younger guys are less professional in their attitude because they are a bit playful and talkative, but even shouting from one side of the salon to the other to get them back, even if in good faith, is not pleasant for customers. Apart from this unpleasant presence, which often makes the environment tense and agitated, the hairdressers are good and the owner is truly thoughtful, calm and competent. The costs are very high, perhaps too high, but we must recognize that if you have the economic possibility, you will still come away satisfied.
